My daughter had her heart set on celebrating her 11th birthday at Air Unltd with her friends, so we opted for the ultimate package, including a 50% return pass for her friends—a brilliant gift idea. Pre-signing the waiver made the check-in process a breeze. The venue offered a plethora of jumping, bouncing, and sliding activities that captivated the kids. The included lunch was not only ample but satisfying, complemented by refreshing cups of slush. Even after lunch, the kids darted back to the fun, and only a gentle reminder when our 2-hour slot was up convinced them to finally take a break. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, but it seemed they might have been short-staffed at the front desk. Our party host had to juggle between attending to us and registering new guests, causing a bit of delay when we needed assistance due to the queue forming in front of her. Despite this, the overall experience was highly enjoyable—the kids were thrilled, and my daughter declared it an awesome birthday. Additionally, the facility provides cafes and sitting areas for parents to comfortably observe their children. Overall, Air Unltd delivered a fantastic birthday celebration, and we would highly recommend it to others.

My son and his friends had a fantastic birthday party here on Friday evening. We were greeted by helpful staff, who understand the kids are excited and looking forward to having fun. There are lots of areas for the children to enjoy and the place is clean and tidy. Upstairs cafe looked like there had been a rush on but the staff were working tirelessly to take orders and meet customers’ needs. Adults and children in the party were all happy with their food and drinks, which were reasonably priced and good-sized portions. On the way out however, my son fell down the last flight of stairs. The speed Cameron came down the stairs to assist was like a superhero. He dealt with the first aid issue professionally and put my son at ease. Fortunately, it was just a tumble and a shock to the system. Cameron phoned 48 hours later to check and see if he was ok. We always love our visits to Air Unlimited.

Went yesterday with four 11 year olds. Although a good facility, there is a section of the place that is unsupervised and hidden behind a bouncy castle type wall (in the far right back corner). One of the children was physically attacked within this section by an older child. Parent of child was less than useless and the child couldn't have cared less about his actions! All areas should be visible or a member of staff needs to be stationed in this section. Any area being out of view is poor practice and not safeguarding the children in there.

Absolutely amazed at the size of this venue..just held our granddaughters 5th birthday party today & the staff went above & beyond to cater for all the 20 guests..The children had the place to themselves & there was plenty for them to do..Special thanks to Ethan (our party planner) for getting the children registered & socked up! He was ever so polite & helpful..Thanks to all the team today 4pm-6pm 15/07/22

We took our 4 and 6 year old sons to the Autism hour. I definitely wouldn’t recommend taking any smaller children. There isn’t an age restriction. There were way too many teenagers and adults around. My children were nearly knocked over and bounced on several times and once actually with my 4 year old. It’s unsafe for smaller children. It would be better if they had the first hour for young children with autism and the second hour for older people. It was a truly horrible experience.
